Welcome to SLR Ministries... let me introduce myself. I love Jesus, the Word of God and the family God has blessed me with. I surrendered my heart and life to Jesus when I was 13 years old, at an FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) camp in Colorado. Ever since then, studying God's word has been my passion, teaching God's word has been my gift, and living God's Word has been my calling.
About Sarah Roberts
I began working for FCA as a sports missionary in 2003 serving women and men of sport through speaking, writing, team chapels/Bible studies and building relationships. In the FCA ministry, I have served in many roles including Women in Sports Director, University of Oklahoma Softball Chaplain, and NBA/NFL wives Chaplain. I am the author of three books for the female athletes, coach and coach's spouse, as well as, a contributing writer for FCA Curriculum and Sports Spectrum Magazine. I married my high school sweetheart, Chris in 1998, and we have 5 kids, one daughter in law, and 2 grandkids. Marriage and motherhood are great, but also hard. They fill your heart and empty your tank. There have been so many exciting highs and difficult lows. It's wonderful, exhausting, overwhelming, life-giving, weakness revealing and faith building. Through it all, God has used our stories to help others get through theirs.
Being connected to the Vine of Christ, God has opened the doors to speak at some amazing venues including the Women's College World Series, the Women's Final Four, Clemson Football Team, FCA Camps, churches and various events and retreats. My passion in teaching the Word of God is not only seeing the lost found, but teaching how the found stay faithful. I look forward to partnering with you!

Serving in the education and the coaching world for 25 years, Coach Roberts sees the need for the teaching and living out God's word where you are. It was through his experience and front row seat to watching Sarah teach that the idea for SLR Ministries was first started. It was because of his belief and challenge that SLR Ministries was created.

Mindy Hopman

Mindy Lee Hopman is a Jewish believer, Bible teacher, author, curriculum specialist and dynamic speaker with a Master’s Degree in Religion from Liberty University with an emphasis in Christian Leadership. Mindy loves living in the beautiful South East and is a dedicated wife, mother, and teacher. She currently serves as the Assistant Regional Director of Ministry Advancement/Director of Women’s Ministry for Region 14 with The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Mindy also directs FCA’s

Stephanie Porter

Stephanie and her husband live in Norman, OK and have four grown children. As an educator she sees people struggling in their journey every day. She is excited to be a part of SLR Ministries knowing God has great purpose and vision for this platform. Stephanie handles all Social Media interactions for SLR Ministries.
Lindsey Bryant

Mom to four kiddos and wife of a high school coach, Lindsey is a semi-professional multi-tasker. Her passions are organization, hospitality and cheering really loudly in the stands. Lindsey takes care of the day-to-day operations of SLR Ministries, as well as books engagements for the ministry.
